On this week’s episode of Humanize Your Workplace, we chat about bringing a more human experience to the job interview process. I’ve been an interviewer, interviewee, sat on hiring committees and worked with organizations looking to bring in new staff.
The one thing that we tend to forget about it is the experience we’re creating for the applicants from the recruiting process to on boarding. This includes giving people the chance to go to the bathroom, giving accurate directions, and so much more.
This week, think about:
- what helped you realize that you wanted to work for a company through the interview process
- what turned you off to a company
- how can you and others enhance the hiring experience?
