With the change of weather I always seem to get sick, and I’ve found it most important to take the time I need to get better.

You can’t take care of others (or grow your business) if you’re not on top of your game.

It took me awhile to fully embrace that taking time ⏰ off will actually help my business, not hurt it. 
I come back faster, stronger, and more creative!
